Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Due to the nature of personal care products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened products unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Return Policy

Damaged or Defective Products
We carefully inspect all orders before shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive a defective product, we will gladly replace the affected item.
To qualify for a replacement:
You must contact OBA Naturals within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide your order number.
You must submit clear photographs of:
The damaged product
The product packaging
Any visible shipping damage
Photos must be emailed to contact@obanatural.com.
Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery may result in denial of your replacement request.
Replacement Approval
All replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. OBA Naturals reserves the right to determine eligibility for replacement after reviewing the information provided.
OBA Naturals reserves the right to limit, deny, or refuse replacement requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, misuse of products, or misuse of this policy.
Incorrect Shipping Information
